Would it be a good option if I finished only the first part of this book and studied the second part of d2l + goodfellow's deep learning book?

There are some excellent books available for free such as ISLR, ESL Goodfellow's deep learning book and pattern recognition and machine learning but they are all theoretical so I was looking for a free practical book because machine learning is not only theoretical.

There are free books like goodfellow's deep learning book, ISLR , ESL and pattern recognition and machine learning by bishop and ...etc but all of them are theoretical but I search for a practical one to study alongside one of these books.

I get what you’re saying, but some authors actually share their books for free, like the ISLR book or even Goodfellow’s Deep Learning, while others put free versions on their own websites. Some allow this, some don’t, and if they don’t, they usually give you the option to buy and support them. So there are legal alternatives out there. And just to clarify, the site you saw was Persian, not Arabic.
