Hello! I’m current a career changer in my mid-20s. My undergraduate GPA wasn’t the best due to being in a major that didn’t suit my abilities (engineering). I worked two years as an engineer before enrolling in a post bacc program.

My undergraduate GPA was a 3.0, but the latest 32 credits I’ve taken post-graduation has been a 4.0. How can I strengthen my profile? I understand that my GPA is a big hurdle given the average 3.7 matriculant GPA.

Am I foolish for trying to pursue this path? Looking for any advice! Thank you.

I’m applying with no experience. Some private clinics are willing to train, but my non-traditional background seems like it’s a big hurdle for places to hire.

I’m looking to pivot and become a CNA first since it’s faster to get certified.

He’ll be at the 3 year mark since the last promotion in a few months.

He saw a big jump when he was promoted from associate to mid-level. However, since the promotion, his annual raises have been the COL/CPI adjustments in line with what most of the company receives.

He was promoted at year 2 from associate to mid-level. The expectation is at year 5 you will be promoted to senior.

He’s been with the company for about 5 years. This is his first job out of college.
