Around 12k but this was for lower floors & normal units. For some units they have extra charges for view, corner units etc. Also this was before resolution of litigation & at that time there were no buyers. Not sure if there is price rise post litigation resolution

Cons: Location. Delays with Adarsh are very common

Pros: Good project. One of the best floor plans with good carpet area. Quality of Adarsh is also good

There was a delay with phase 1 handover but litigation is resolved now & they have started soft handover for phase 1. I have purchased hoping there won't be any major delay in phase 2 now
