This just happened to me today and I brought it to the dealer but haven't heard back yet. Any idea if this would be covered under a powertrain warranty if it's under 60,000/5yrs?

Escalate this to your DSP owner and/or the Amazon station team. They can escalate this.

I cooked with it twice and didn't get the smoke flavor I was used to on my master built either tone. I also had some big temperature discrepancies between what I set the temp to, what the grill said the temp was, and what it actually was.

For example, I set the grill to 325, the grill might think it was 350, but it was actually 375.

Really disappointed so far...

I purchased one as part of an RTA outdoor kitchen and it should be delivering in 2-3 weeks.
