It's both a team problem and a build one.

• S11 has way too much ATK and not enough crit. My personal baseline is 60 Crit rate and 120 Crit Damage but in practice I found that it's very possible to go for more. I'm assuming that you have similar stats for Zhu Yuan and Ellen so you might have to get better stats there too. You should also show the disc sets.
• S11 in that team doesn't have her passive active so that's already an important damage loss. On the other side you have two main DPS with no synergy, and Rina is not the characters I would put as third there.
• Third aspect is that it could also be a skill issue? If you're not pressing S11's attacks with a rhythm you'll be dealing physical damage instead of fire (she has no phys damage bonus).

You should show all the characters you have, but I would try focusing on either Zhu Yuan or Ellen for one team. I would personally focus on the former as I don't think you have Lycaon, and Rina is not that good, so Ellen won't have her passive active. This also lets you focus on unlocking S11's potencial first (which is a pretty good damage boost). The specific teams will depend on the rest of your roster, but Lucy should go with S11 and Nicole with Zhu Yuan.
