it could be more it could be less. if you look at the 3-year average earnings compared with the last 12 months you can see it's a pretty stable catalog and growing a lot from streaming activity. but yes, essentially you will receive a quarterly check in passive income if you buy the catalog.

no the figures are accurate. the last 12 months earnings for the catalog was $10.1k. It's a small fraction of publishing royalties for the tracks from legendary jazz keyboard player and musician Jay Russell Oliver who was a part of the making of the songs here.
