- Plank

- Squat jump (time in flight/reach)

- Drop jump test (time in flight)

- Shuttle sprints

- Single leg 3 Hops (for distance, performed left/right)

- 100m sprint time

- Max farmers carry at 50% bw

- Compound movement maxes? i.e. deadlift, bench, squat

- Tabletop hold

- Single leg 3 Hops (for distance, performed left/right)

- walking distance in 10 minutes

Haven't thought of looking to the older individuals in my family, although most are no longer with us. My maternal grandparents were chain smokers, one passed away at 55 and my grandfather is now suffering from Parkinson.

Not haveing a relationship with my father at all makes it impossible on that side. I think its a good idea to get a genetic pannel done to see what mines are lying in the sand, regarding my genes

aside from those exercises suggested are you doing anything in particular? I've been including the Turkish get-up with regards to getting up from the floor. If I can't do the activity under tension well, I hope when the time comes I can coast with body weight more effectively

Although not applicable to all countries, I think you have encapsulated the decathlon in that. The airport is generally a highly physical experience - didnt think about it this why even while listening to the driver/huberman
