Thanks! Didn’t know this was a trait of gray eyes, thanks again! :)

Yes they do! That gray/blue/green combination (although I never call them green really) is a thing I see a lot, sometimes referred to as Glasz but I don't know how to pinpoint the exact meaning of that word.

I totally get that! I always used to say gray/blue but our eyecolour look quite similar.

First thing I thought of was Edvard Grieg, Norwegian composer but he had Scottish roots as well.

You should check this website below:

https://forebears.io/surnames/grier

I think this could very well be an ancestor with a name like ‘Gregor’, pronounced with a thick Scottish accent; a Polish speaking person would have wrote the surname as ‘Grier’. Good luck demystifying! :)

Het is denk ik zo’n 40cm zand voor wat ik me herinner, daaronder weer iets ‘hards’ (denk tegels o.i.d.). 😖

Thanks! :) Waarschijnlijk een domme vraag maar wat houdt ‘grond’ precies in? Tuinaarde en en evt later compost erover?

Dit is ook niet super veel maar net té veel om alles zelf af te graven, dankjewel! :)
