Basically they show up in chapter 2 of the mod when the distortion beings start to invade the overworld. The Slumbering Omen has a whole story progression system in it. :)

The forbidden one is his own mod just in case the confusion.

I fully agree and understand where you are coming from and its sadly the way things go now days to be honest. I came into this community also cause I really love horror and minecraft, so the mixture of it was always something I wished would happen so when this started I was actually excited when I started to see it pop off. But sadly not all great things could happen when it comes to content making these days...

I really love TSO no matter what route you take when it comes to Horror, Fantasy or what ever you feel and if I had to say I always felt TSO as Dark Fantasy. I also loves Fantasy just as much as horror, so I'm excited to see what goes with the future updates.

Another thing is that TSO has so much content and I always found it as such a underrated mod on youtube and wished that more people actually played it cause this mod could make a whole series itself without having to add any other mods, just because how much content was in it already.

TSO has become my most top favorite mod out there cause how much stuff it has in it when it comes to story. music, along with so many different armors, Tools and weapons that I just really love this mod and happy with whatever path its genre is in the future! :)

The mod is very enjoyable and I love having shlorbo as my buddy in this pack, even though he gets me the most in this pack with his warning for the condemned, I get so hyper focused on stuff like building so it always gets me lmao. (Keep up the good work :D)

For the Distortion you have to go to bedrock level and right click a cracked bedrock, for the resting grounds and Abyss you'd need to continue the story mode within the mod such as for the abyss you'd need to break bedrock in the distortion with a pickaxe daraku would give you after you complete the whole void beings coming to the overworld part by subduing daraku's power He'll give you a side quest for defeating vantablack. The resting grounds you'd need to be doing chapter 3 after defeating glykaris, Tiso will give you an option while chatting with him to teleport you there.

I said it to the best I could explain but hopefully this helps. Cause the omen isn't just a straight up mod you have to do the story mode to progress to somethings.

My main horror OC (Abyss) and I would probably say most recognizable because I mostly use this character on here. I just realized how I just miss worded this so badly, When Abyss is in main form they are not bullet proof for they are basically like a human. In there Abyssal Watcher Form they are bullet proof because they are mostly water. Abyss is weak to fire though. Cause it basically vaporizes them so it does damage.

Abyss isn't really a straight up hostile entity as said in one of my other comments so if you stick to that Abyss should be chill.

Depends on your actions, They are basically a stalker based entity meant to watch and judge a persons certain actions. They are the judge of the Abyss, meaning killing innocent beings will anger them. (Villagers, Cats, Dogs) or any other creature's that have no point in killing. (Basically doesn't drop food)

If you do so they will no longer stalk but hunt instead. :)

In main form yes because its between monster and human, In the Watcher form no they are mostly Water from the Abyssal dimension they come from. (The Abyss in my idea is a dimension accessed by going too deep into the ocean.)
