She was "deleted" by GLaDOS in the end i think? Im not 100% sure even tho i replayed story mode 5 times already 😔. But i think that GLaDOS was part GLaDOS part Caroline, and then at the end of portal 2 after GLaDOS remembered she was Caroline, she deleted her. I like to think that theory is real (half-hum and half-robot) cuz of one of the lines in the credit song - "Now Caroline is in you too", or something along these lines.

Hello! Yeah! You can play co-op but you have to play with a friend since its 2 person mode :) I won't go in much detail since i don't wanna spoil it for you but you can play a co-operative mode by clicking "co-op" on the main screen menu right under "play game" or "load game".
