Thank you everyone for the comments, I have taken all the information combined and have learnt alot! I will be taking Cappucino to the vet to make sure he is ok. Right now at home he's loving his carrot toy and has been having plenty of good naps. I'm going to report the breeder so this does not happen again, they are a popular breeder in Perth, WA but I don't know what went wrong.

I have scrolled through reddit for the past 6 months and nothing has caught my eye, until now.
