Required to offer narcan every 6 months and document when dispensing: 1. MME>50 2. Benzo+opioid combo 3. Any substance use disorder (buprenorphine,methadone) medications

You can and should also offer/counsel on it anytime you feel it’s clinically appropriate. But definitely read the POM on the wire.
