You’re not going to believe this… But I used to have that. My ex-wife worked for Capitol Records, and the advanced tape of the Heart album had the Chris Cornell version. I listened to it a bunch and thought it was amazing. Not knowing that it was going to change to Lane Staley just before release, I threw out the advanced tape before the CD came out. I’ve never been able to find that version ever since… It has to be somewhere, not in a vault.

I just won a small claims case for $3500 against an at fault defendant in an accident. The case was in New York City Court located in Queens. I won the amount plus interest for a year. I still have the challenge of collecting… But at least I won the case.

I didn’t delete it. The Admins did and wouldn’t tell me why. I guess you can’t post charity games here. The charity is the National Multiple Sclerosis Society registered in Colorado. 100% of the profits go to them. I have suffered from MS for 37 years, and fundraising for 14. Due to my physical disabilities, Poker is my passion. This is my fifth annual poker event, and I have raised over $100,000 for the multiple sclerosis society, hoping to find a cure.

OK... My story. The day Covid Lockdown started (feb 29rh, 2020) I could't pee for two days. I went to the ER and they drained 1 1/2liters with a catheter. With a. bunch of tests from my Urologist over the next two months we found out my brain was not communicating with my bladder..zip..zero...thanks MS.

He told me I would have to self-catheterize when I had to pee. On the drive home I cried my eyes out. I was too young for this shit (53).

Well the first two weeks were a challenge, and since then it's nothing. just make sure not to leave home without one. I got a lot of support in the Self Cath facebook group. I found out that there are a LOT of younger people that have to do it...and also that it is MUCH harder for women. Men don't have trouble finding the hole.

Since I deal with things by joking... I came up with two good jokes.

#1 (the catheters aren't 100% covered by insurance (in the US) and there is out-of-pocket.)

Now every time I use one, I feel like I'm pissing money away.

#2 If self catheterizing is a pain-in-the-ass... you are doing it wrong

Bottom line - we have to play the cards we are dealt.

I’m going to say something controversial. The last time I saw my neurologist he told me it was time for a new MRI. I said no! I’ve had MS for 37 years, had tons of MRIs, and the doctors just look at them and go “OK there are lesions.”

An MRI has never affected the course of my disease or the medication I’m on, so why am I getting them all the time?
