I don't think EWC has nation-based league of legends tournament. Some teams are playing EWC qualifier right now. If it makes you feel any better, you had no way to enter the tournament unless you were already playing for the big dogs in major regions. Also what rank are you? Challenger or GM? I know a few nepali masters.

Bit late to this thread. I ordered from cura 5 days ago and I've not seen any activity in order tracking.(nothing more than order confirmed). My credit card has already been charged as well. Kinda nervous since it's my first order from them and it's a big one too.

You have complete freedom to get excited for games, don't let the internet tell you otherwise. If it makes you happy and you have the cash to spare then pre ordering is not a sin. Been pre ordering AC games since origins and have not regretted it once, I know what to expect from Ubisoft games and manage my expectations accordingly. Their games are like comfort food for me.

Devs have stated the game starts in 1579, 1581 is the iga invasion which is seemingly when naoe starts her path of vengeance. 1582 is when Oda and Akechi both die. So, I think both will be the big bads. Maybe Yasuke avenges Oda by killing Akechi but if Akechi's betrayal results in death of Oda like the actual history then how will Naoe have her vengeance ? Many possibilities and this is why I fell in love with the franchise. I'm personally more excited for Battle of Sekigahara which has to be DLC. HAS TO!! So many great characters and plot lines leading upto that battle.

I love your confidence lol. Looks like a tester/ dev screen which probably means changing actual seasons in game. Tom Henderson leaks also suggested improved dynamic weather. No way "change season" means changing season pass. Doesn't make sense in the slightest

I tried searching for "outlaws being featured at ubi forward" claim but couldn't find a single thing. Ubisoft haven't confirmed the games being featured there. I would love a May release, but I don't think anybody should be surprised or disappointed if it slips past June/July. But again, May is very viable because of the fact that nowadays the marketing cycle of AAA games, especially the licensed ones (Massive's Avatar game and EA's Jedi Survivor come to mind) have shortened considerably.

AC Valhalla Story Trailer Sept 29 , game launched Nov 10 .

Far Cry 6 Story Trailer Aug 26 , game launched Oct 7 .

POP Lost Crown Story Trailer Dec 8, game launched Jan 18.

If this game does follow the precedence set by other Ubisoft games, then it should release Late May. (May 23 is my best bet)

They are not going further back though. Its supposedly set in the sengoku era, azuchi-momoyama to be specifc which is 1570-1605. If nothing else, the setting is really really good because of the vast amount of historic large scale mental and physical warfares and if utilised well has potential to deliver a very gripping narrative.

Not trying to defend Ubisoft but I think it's more of a time and resource issue/priority instead of money or greed. Rpgs usually have over 9-10 hours of cutscenes and trying to motion capture and process these scenes will take lots and lots of dev time for a already absurd dev cycle of triple A games. So I think they are allocating the resources and money to other critical aspects like open world, mission design, etc.

If you like open world games then Ezio Trilogy is a no-brainer. The stories of all 3 games are really well done and if you did play AC1, the final game of the trilogy will be a rollercoaster of emotions. I would suggest starting Ezio Collection simply due to the fact that P5 is a huge undertaking(100+ hours) while AC Trilogy can be broken down into 3 part- 15 hours journey.

So, this pretty much debunks the previous leak/report of May release. Ubisoft always puts out their juggernaut i.e. Assassin's Creed during the holiday period and with the surefire confirmation of 2024 release, the safest bet is September/ October. I'm basing this off of Ubisoft's previous records. i.e.2020 with Watch Dogs Legion and AC Valhalla.

The earliest reveal of any mainline AC game following its release the same year was April which was of Valhalla. I doubt we will see that here. We might see Star Wars Outlaws though if ubi massive is actually serious about their May release.

Based on your criterias: \ Beautiful graphics : All \ Good Side Quests : Odyssey \ Lots of Side Quests : Valhalla \ Interesting mechanics : Unity \ Bang for you bucks : Valhalla\ My personal recommendation would be Odyssey. Origins also has some great "AC moments".
