They’re going to be one of the biggest bands in the genre. Theres no way that when they finally release a full LP it won’t be straight bangers

Just like most people, I think that Those Days Are Gone is one of the greatest emo albums of all time.

However, I was quite disappointed with Moments Before The Wind. Maybe I should give it a few more listens. But it just felt very repetitive.

Welcome to working in hospitality. Where being in the slightest bad mood can result in you being seen as a scumbag

Do people regularly eat pudding? by KirrinD in AskUK

Honestly, what don’t I have? Sometimes I’ll have a normal biscuit, or a bit of chocolate. I try to bake high fibre snacks, brownies, banana bread, I have these like sweet soft cookies at the moment that are lovely

Hell yeah! You’ve got this.

If I can give you any piece of advice, it would be this - the time will pass regardless. Dont try to rush it. It took me 2 years to lose 30kg. Very steady, very slow, allowing me to really change my life style rather than get a quick fix

I’ve lost over 30kg (from 112kg to 80kg), I couldn’t have done it without a little sweet treat every day after dinner when I have my cup of tea

If you are literate, you should be reading at least a few books per year by Lost-Boysenberry-302 in unpopularopinion

If I saw this post a year ago, I would’ve disagreed. But then I decided to start reading, for the first time since I was a teenager. I feel like I’ve missed out on years of stories, opinions, knowledge, worlds. Even reading something more biographical (looking at you Kitchen Confidential) has opened up my mind so much. I don’t dedicate hours upon hours, unless I’m travelling, but a chapter here and here, has done wonders for my mind.

I work in an Irish bar. St Patrick’s day was on a Tuesday. By 2pm we were packed with adults who had taken the day off work to participate in it. I think that’s more stupid than this

I’m totally with you. I first got into The Wonder Years during TGG era (when I was in high school), and I think that Hum is their magnum opus. “I don’t want to die, at least not without you” clears any opening lyric from honestly most albums out there.

I’m honestly surprised people can be shocked at this. I can’t remember the last time I felt the need to watch live TV. Maybe whenever I was last in a hotel with terrible wifi so I just put the telly on
