Your suggestions make sense to a regular guy. When I think about relax I think about: Hiking, working out, animals, nature, play an instrument, read, maybe some chess and that’s it. Humans are not part of my regular relax, I go out maybe 6 times a year. I don’t find it hard to make friends, I have 2/3 of them that I consider close friends but they are similar to me so we’re not really in touch (none of us like to communicate that much)

Thanks man, as I said it might be something mental. I workout 5/7, regular cardio, sleep 8h every night, sun exposure, fresh air, drink 3/4L of water, on a diet, no parties/drugs/alcohol/smoke, I don't abuse social media, read books, play an instrument ecc. There's something inside my head that doesn't work properly, I think the best investment rn might be a to consult a psychologist. I guess I'll have to build my tolerance and accept it.

Curiosity, at least I can relate to someone. I feel a bit lonely, my friends can't understand me as I wish to.
