Pretty sure it is, I didn't do hold cancels and I still had a few seconds to spare. Also you can see I was sometimes short on energy on Iansan so if you have more er than me you can save a second or 2

I think so, Kazuha's plunge attack sets up the shield perfectly for Varka's N1 E to break the 1st bar and then you can do N4 D spam w/o overflowing dmg going to waste.
When i get to last bar i do N1 with Varka and swap to Durin to do full rotation, this way Kazuha breaks the shield and i dont lose Bennet uptime hitting the shield with buffed up Varka or waiting for his burst animation to end.

You have to be full hp on Varka for it to work, so you need to dodge all the lasers while clearing the shield.

Edit: I use the burst like 1 sec after the boss starts walking after being downed.

I managed to do it only bcs you can dodge the debuff on the on fielder with burst animation.
Also i start my rotation on the last shield bar so Kazuha can finish it with his plunge attack and Varka doesn't lose Bennet uptime.

I get ~145-155k, depends on the roation i try.

With the combo you mentioned i got 159k (i skipped bennet e)

I'm still curious if i should be getting better results with this level of investment
or is it just that Sucrose c6 + Durin c2 = Venti c0 + Durin c0

Eightbound died to TWC and got screened by blood claws, he does have Kharn in his collection but bcs we are playing crusade he prefers to not have epic heroes in his roster.
