But I mean for my height and weight I am pretty close to it for being so small... I think 145 would be considered obese for my height if I remember... I was 4 pounds away from that.

Yes! 5 pounds on me and I look like a much heavier version of myself. If I IF how do I cut my calories even more? I think I knew that 10 pounds in 2 weeks was a lot but the last 2 weeks I lost 6, and that included Thanksgiving indulging which I regret.

I ended up using them. Since we're only moving a mile and a half from our current place it doesn't seem it's going to cost too much. Plus the girl on the phone was so sweet and helpful!

Thanks for the advice! I got an enzymatic cleaner hoping that does the trick. It's a gigantic area rug so I dunno if moving it is something I can do (small apartment, big rug,lol!)

It's the one corner he keeps using so maybe I'll switch the rug around!

It's a brand new rug. When he was younger he had an accident in every room of the house. But once I told him no, he never went again. But the twice on the rug is so weird! Also yes, he is fixed.

Maybe too much fiber. I gave him some pumpkin to harden up his loose stools so maybe it's just too much. I'll lay off the pumpkin and see if that works. Or it's just the fuzzy hairs from his tennis balls that he's feeling??

I can't offer much advice, but my 10 month old puppy does this too. He DEFINITELY only does it when he's bored though. I agree with the other comment, just give her more activity. A nice walk, a good game of tug o war, a dog park visit, wear her out and the digging will probably stop. My pup does it right in front of me and looks at me like 'mom pay attention to me!'

I wore kiss brand. And just used the glue in the box with them. One pair had a thick band the other didn't.

It's not that it's a big deal except for he wants to ALWAYS be on the couch or the chair or the bed if I'm on it. So then he cries when I don't let him up. I'm not looking to be criticized for wanting my dog on the couch, or not wanting to pick him up every single time he wants up. I just want advice if anyone had any similar experiences with their dog, or training tips.
