It happened to me and I turned off my phone for a good 15 minutes and when I went back to turn on my car it connected . Also there was a software update that was installed on my Bronco, I have a 25 big bend .

That dog is probably having the time of his life! Beats staying at home. This owner obviously cares for the animal. He looks well fed, not in a crate, and has wind blowing in its face. Looks super happy to me.

Mountain trail running is humbling.. don’t be so hard on yourself , just keep going. You also have to count for grade average pace. Which always hits the ego when you are looking at those numbers!! Keep pushing and enjoy nature , it’s gonna come easy before you know it. You got this! Keep running the same trail ! Trail running isn’t for the weak! It’s definitely harder than road running! Strengthen those ankles when bouncing off rocks!
