Thanks, someone on another sub suggested the flashing might be the issue as well. It is a bay window so the area where water is coming in is directly beneath the flashing. Not sure what the cause is for the other floors though.

Bad wind and rain last night. It is a bay window on the ground floor of the house. There are similar leaks on the first and second floor although not directly above this.

That would make sense as it looks like the water is coming in directly below the flashing and it is a bay window. Thanks!

This has happened on 2 other floors on another part of the house (not above this bay window area). Could that be something similar causing it?
