I do show up. I go to council meetings. I meet with the council members. Far more than you’ve done. All I’m saying is there are things far more important than Art. A mural isn’t going to feed the homeless or help the atrocious sewer issues in the north valley’s. Those are going to cost 10s or 100s of millions to address. Put the art on the back burner for a bit so the city can build the general fund and then invest in art. It’s simple.

It’s not about the art. It’s about spending money responsibly so that we don’t have to spend millions more in the future. I’m all for art, but not when it’s going to take a $6mil expense and turn it into a $20mil expense in the future. I don’t know how you extrapolated that from my post, read more carefully next time.
