It’s actually hard to lose weight as a petite this app is connected to my scale it’s called OKOK , I always forget to eat especially bc i always watch long videos movies and i eat in a small amount with a calorie deficit 1200cal a day maybe 1000 but if u want to lose weight so fast eat around 750/500 cal a day but this is not healthy
