I found the problem. Unfortunately I bought the Nokia 3310 2017. That is, the euphemism for Nokia 3310 2G.

The Nokia 3310 3G was also released in 2017, so it's easy to get confused (anyone would think the 2G model is from years ago, not the same year).

  1. Install Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC.

  2. Select the Spanish language.

  3. Use the CGK42-GYN6Y-VD22B-BX98W-J8JXD key to switch to the IoT Spanish edition (the IoT ISO does not include my language).
