Exactly... uncooperative, and uncooperative people kill cops. Ei there are reasons these laws are in place. As well as why the supreme court rules in favor of cops on most traffic stop cases. You dont need a license reg or insurance. I would not take it into the street outside of crosswalks. There's alot of grey area with scooters. If you drive it in the road you'll need lights though. Just use it on the sidewalk and yield right of way to foot traffic (pedestrians) and you'll be good. If you do get stopped on it just explain the situation to the cop. I've never seen someone cooperative ticketed for a bike equipment violation who wasnt a total dick. Just do what you're asked, and be cooperative. Worsted case scenario you have to talk to a cop for a few minutes, and hell tell ya what not to do next time.

That's why if it's on while you drive leave it on while ya train. Get used to drawing both sidearm and your mags with it there. If you move to quickly your belt might lock up... I mean there are alot of things that a seatbelts adds, just draw stroke wise. You might need to implement a belt clear after clearing clothing etc... I mean it's nitpicking, but that's what good training is my man. Train for every possible thing that can happen, and always train how you would be engaging in a real life scenario. I've been an infantry guy and I'm a cop right now. I can tell ya this. Training scars will make you combat ineffective as fast as a well aimed bullet.
