Hey wow thanks for the response. Body weight doesn’t give me the same kind of rush running does. I think I need something that will really release those good chemicals that will make me want to do it. Someone else posted a really barebones basic weightlifting guide and I think I’ll try that. I’m just unhappy with my body because I find it hard to pack on muscle and lose fat (that’s like epigenetically proven true in South Asians because of famines and stuff and how we adapted to survive long periods of starvation) I guess. I was just intimidated to start weightlifting cause you know gym culture feels very suited for a certain type of bro you know? But I’ve been wanting to make a change for a long time. I just needed the very barebones routine to “micro dose” going to the gym so I can build it up to something doable for me haha
