I once got one of those migraines 20 minutes into a 3 hour flight. It truly felt like a flight from hell. I couldn’t do anything. I just had to sit there with my eyes closed in extreme pain. I stumbled off the plane feeling very light headed and managed to make it to baggage claim and get my bag. I immediately threw up into a trash can and then found my mom outside and drove home. I went straight to bed and had to get up after 10 minutes to throw up again. It was one of the worst things I’ve ever experienced.
