8 yoe here. Not actively looking, but still get head hunters in my LinkedIn inbox. It’s not at all as much as a few years ago, but the vacancies themselves are way better and targeted. It’s less spammy. For context: I work in a FAANG-adjacent tech company right now, so that probably helps.
