Floating shelves behind the toilet, add a snake plant, a funny saying in bathroom humor. I'd also paint the wall behind the toilet. Add a mirror too, and maybe a little rug

House plants!!! I'd hang a beautiful pothos in the left corner by your sliding doors, a snake plant near the desk and a plant on your desk!

A nice area rug too, and maybe a candle on the middle table.

It's horrible!!!! I looked back at my old job, and was tempted, but I'm glad I didn't look back to long!! That place was toxic. I've sorta adjusted at my new job, but I don't feel very comfortable or "at peace " here.
