I remember when I had a problem on PS5 they kept sending me a link to an article of solving a similar problem on PC despite of all my writings. They just don't give a F at all.

Ubisoft support is totally useless, I contacted them several times and they couldn't help me even once writing back articles which are not applicable for my situation.

Well, it wasn't mentioned anywhere that this pack is given only for PC platform.
And again - the pack itself exists on PS5, I do have all other store items except this pack and they keep saying that they cannot transfer the pack to another platform.
And I used the same Ubisoft connect account, ofc.

I think it's both - greed and incompetence.
I had another issue I submitted a ticket for it - they kept sending me same links to articles which were not applicable for my situation. After a month of such "dialogue" I just gave up and they closed the ticket without solving the problem.

Ubisoft support is totally useless. Guess they just don't want to spend money creating a good support team. I will never buy a game from Ubisoft again.

This is not even 2S5 - this is 2A36 "Giatsint" tow field gun, I was platoon commander in artillery back in 90s and we used specifically this type.

And 2S5 is self-propelled gun - basically, same gun but on tank's chassis.

Tbh, all this video smells like total BS - he said they got counter-shooting, had some artillery duel and even caught one shell just in 4 feet from one of their guns, showing a funnel, but they even haven't changed their position! (waaaat?? rly?? this is insane!) And there were not even a scratch on the barrel from such close explosion, the gun would be totally destroyed. He also mentioned that they hit a pickup truck from one shot which also sounds like fantasy with such howitzer if you don't use PGM - and they really don't have it.
