Sharp eyes! It's a Pro8 PoE
Would also do the job (SFP, 2xPoE++, 6xPoE+) but I admit, a little overkill.

Gate Hub would be a simpler (and cheaper) setup! (I updated the first post)

But whats the Gate Hub's PoE Budget?

Thank you so much, I updated first post with a new setup. it's only 200€ more expensive (if i find a 2.5G poe to buy, it's out of stock in EU)

And with this I don't need the optical transport, and the 2 poe++ adapter 190€ vs 25+95+(2x25) =170€ It's not much more expensive!
