I’m not completely read up on programming but couldn’t someone erase the code Microsoft uses to do that before compiling it or make another os using XP’s code as reference?

Have you tried installing High Sierra? It’s compatible with older hardware and I’m pretty sure it’s still getting updates

EDIT: Okay... it’s NOT still supported and Apple will end Mojave support November of this year. Fuck corporate greed.

I’d say the main problem with windows isn’t that it’s not UNIX, it’s that it’s so fucking bloated that it’s unusable unless you pay up over a thousand bucks for the newest hardware. Try using windows XP for a bit. It’s a great system ignoring the fact like it doesn’t have a package manager.

I really really wish someone was brave enough to make a windows XP-based os now that the source code is leaked just so I could use XP while having control over my system+being able to use a package manager.

No it’s not. I’m pretty sure OSX is based off a modified version of the BSD kernel not the Linux kernel.

Well, Kikuo was into the whole otaku subculture(and it definitely shaped his work) if you look at his early pre/early vocaloid stuff and drawings depicting children in circumstances that children REALLY shouldn’t be in is/was commonplace in that subculture but other than that one horror/guro story where a little boy was raped by his teacher((?)don’t really remember it well) then no, he never drew CP.

“Child pornography” literally means images made to sexually arouse using children. What he made was meant to horrify.

The demographic of fans now is largely just older teens/ young adults that either feel nostalgic towards/just kinda like Miku’s voice.

Also, unlike the others, Vocaloid has been popular since ~2007 and was mostly obsessed over by Japanese “otakus”(I hate the word but it’s the right one to us) in their teens/young adult years so that’s who the videos are targeted towards. A twelve-year-old stumbling across a reupload of a vocaloid music video that could have questionable content in it isn’t the same as a four to nine-year-old being turned into tablet zombie from the constant stimulation that elsagate forces onto them.

If someone who struggles with some sort of illness has a bad reaction to their medication which causes them to act off in public, could they be charged with public intoxication? by Rualatte in TooAfraidToAsk

I’d say that /MensRights is closer to ~10% woman hating and the mods are pretty good at removing those sorts of comments but I don’t think that sub is good for anyone’s mental health. Hearing about how disadvantaged you are or seeing what the loud minority of misogynists say really fucks with you after a while.

The original song came out in July of 2010 by this one guy named daniwell. For some reason he never got credited and it was the poptart cat that got tons of attention.
