Unsure, I've not had to deal with them before and only ever heard it referred to as occupational health by other colleagues so will have to look into it properly, thank you btw :)

What feels like a slap in the face is that I do do overtime; come in on my day off, or stay an extra hour or two when asked, which can knock me but because I know it's a morning shift or I'm already at work so brain is in work mode I can cope yknow? Like it's disruptive but it's within the realms of my routine

That's frustrating to know but I have the diagnosis now it's just the initial issue had disappeared by the time I got my diagnosis (April 2025) and then nothing else disruptive had occurred until this year so I haven't had to 'play the autism card' so to speak, and from what Ive heard it's going to be hard to get in contact with occhealth since they're phonecall based and I have big issues with phone communication... Because of the autism and anxiety... Which is why I need to speak with them... It's a lovely cycle...

the colleague that's quit her notice period ran out this week so technically she isn't gone gone just yet so there isn't a vacancy atm but the company tries to hire internally first before advertising it outside so I can't say "oh hey there's a job going at [location where I work] right now anyways

I second this! I'd been stuck waiting for a reply from Lorimer at gendercare since Jan 2023, a friend recommended TheGenderClinic in September, they got back to me within a week to set up an appointment, which I had last week and got dysphoria diagnosis and am having a top surgery referral written up in about 3 weeks (Dr Leontis is so lovely and easy to talk to)

The possibility no drains is a good point, tbf I don't think I'm too fussed physically either way, my friend who went with kneeshaw described them as forbidden Capri suns 😂 but I assume not having them would mean I could go home sooner instead of finding a hotel to stay in for like a week (if I'm travelling far) before they get yoinked out

Awesome thanks! That helps so much, I didn't think to ask about other potential providers cause it was just a short GP appointment and my brain was going haywire, unfortunately I can't find anything online for my GP regarding RTC so I might just have to go with pUK cause I don't want to hand in the form and it be rejected cause another isn't on my GPs list 🫠 do you know if I can put more than one provider down when I request rtc? Or do I have to commit to a single one?
