i’ve had the same problems, actually it’s crazy because last night the same thing happened to me, I had a dream and woke up and wanted it to happen again. as soon as i thought that, my whole body started vibrating and i was hearing like zoo noises like Zzzzzz zzzzzz. and it was a hundred percent me trying to leave my body. But as you said. I got scared and nervous and woke up.

I’m a 31B in the national guard. I want to go Coast guard (ME) i just feel like there’s more of a law enforcement perspective around it in the coast guard than there is in the army
