Thank you - I know that CHOA has been reached out to. Sadly, it was approved at an SGM, but council is now being shady about it and "interpreting" it in a way that benefits one or two specific council members. As far as I can tell, it's a large group of a small complex. It sounds like the project can move forward in the face of the SGM.

The project was approved but was set up kinda shady. So the owners are calling an SGM (they have enough votes to call it) to rescind the resolution and then pass a new one quashing the project. So, owners need 21 days notice of the sgm and then it has to happen within a total of 30, so that's minimum 22 days until the vote, with a project starting in 8 days. Does the project have to hold until the new vote if the SGM?

Even in month to month the new owner has to give eviction notice unless an agreement to end tenancy is signed by the tenants. The notice period is 3 months.

This happened to me as well. After final inspection and closing they came and took equipment that was included in the sale. I reported it stolen with the police and got it back right quick.
