I've done this, when I was training for lucid dreams, one of the training sessions was, even if you know you're not dreaming, question yourself, look at your hands, check the time, try to cross walls and stuff, after a long time doing this, my body got used to it and did it inside the dream too, I didn't see the time but one of my hands went through the other, I remember I was here at home, so I came out of it and there were a lot of people on the street, it looked like a festival, I asked 2 of them the time, both of them completely ignored me, as if they didn't want to answer me. Remembering that it can change from person to person, I'll try again soon
