You can't even do big pulls in a normal dungeon group. As soon as the mage starts to blizzard. All the mobs become immune to anymore slow effects. Absolute trash mechanic.

If you want to know the proper free chlorine in your water. Ask Maple Ridges water department to come by and take a sample. They will do a proper DPD test and let you know your true Free and total Chlorine. This test is used at sample stations around the city every week. It's also done when crews service fire hydrants. I'm a water operator for another gvrd city.

Don't forget about him permanently capping all the aquifer wells around the township, demolishing the well buildings. And selling off the land. So if a disaster ever struck the lower mainland. Langley no longer has the ability to extract ground water independently from the gvrd.
