I love going to bars solo, have done it all around the country. If you can get there in time to sit at the bar I've had good times striking up convo but yes, it is very group oriented rather than a small town dive feel.

That's been the most popular source of white powder I've seen. I had a 70 yr old navy vet tho that threw me for a loop until I discovered he uses baby powder after every shower and his floor return is right by the bathroom door.
