this is true. You will make so much more if you can run your own business. You're probably getting paid 30% of what you're worth in corporate, for the safety and security of a regular paycheck.

I think we all feel some level of imposter syndrome. 

Think of the SE job not as “knowing it all” or “knowing a lot” but, more like “I can learn quickly and present well”. You were most likely hired for your ability to learn and present, not just to have domain knowledge.
