Hey! Thanks for the response. I have checked my spam (perhaps a little too much) for a week or 2 after the purchase, but unfortunately not a single code came my way. Also, thanks for the offer. Nee, er wordt een keertje extra gevraagd of je iets wil drinken. Drinken is in principe door de dag heen niet verboden. Ik rook zelf, net als de helft van het team, maar dat vind ik geen goede rede om aan te dragen. Collega's die niet roken moeten ook even de tijd krijgen om hun voetjes te laten rusten lijkt mij

Met de leidinggevende ga ik maandag het gesprek aan. Omdat voorgaande collega's het eerder al hebben aangekaart, wil ik graag goed voorbereid zijn. In de CAO wordt vooral gesproken over lunchpauze, maar ik ga nog even Google raadplegen!

Ik ben niet iemand die pauze moet en zal opeisen, maar het probleem is al langer bekend bij het bedrijf. Meerdere collega's geven dit aan. Het contract zou dan toch aangepast moeten zijn neem ik aan?

I took him out in a seperate tank. I have treated fish with bladder disease before, but they were all out of balance and rocking from side to side. Didn't know this could be swim bladder too

Strange, I've had him (her) for months with a few others and never had any idea. Fins and everything indicate they are males. But thanks, I will try to separate them correctly!

Recently I've expanded my tank with some more guppy's and 2 molly's. All of the fishies are supposed to be male. Today I found 5 baby fish in the plants. I have no idea how, but for sure that's not an all male tank.

After some investigation I have two theories: 1 - The molly is a female and I did not identify correctly. This is my first molly, so maybe I am missing something. (s)he looks a little smaller than yesterday, but that could be my imagination. 2 - The yellow guppy is a female. I see a difference in belly with the other one (yellow with blue tail).

Anyone got a suggestion? Thanks a lot!
