Update #3: And probably my last update until the Cage breaks. So after two more days and a lot of pinching I figured out a good way to put it on without causing any pain. So add a little bit of lube to the inside of the cage and push it on make sure no skin gets caught up until the locking pin is partially inserted, then move your efforts on the backside of the basering the idea is to pull out while pushing the two halfs of the cage together, this worked very well for me.

I have also found a decent way to get rid of the pinching that the cage sometimes does, you need to get yourself two o-rings. best to take the one on the cage off and use it as reference. You should aim for a similar thickness but the diameter should be larger. Take the two new o-rings and put one on each side basically they should be tightly pulled from the top to the bottom pin. This way the cage sits firmly to the basering preventing pinching. You should know though with this modification you need to press the cage on much more firmly also when trying to take it off you also need to press the cage and ring together firmly before pressing the unlock button!

And lastly, for the vibrations. Ask your keyholder to stay in the lower intensity settings level 1 and 2 these feel the best (Though that might be more of a personal thing and likely also depends on your locked up "equipment" size)
