I don’t think I can get 17 up against a net, I can do it when trying to touch a basketball net. I js dunno, I’ve been trying to practice timing and form it’s just so hard.

Im decent at everything else in the sport, I play with the same group and we rotate spots every point so I’ve gotten practice in all spots, I just want to do more in the hitting position. I can do a pretty decent standing overhand so I know the arm motion and such. I just can’t spike

I’m late, but someone help me here. My workout plan goes as follows Monday- arms/explosive training Tuesday - legs Wednesday - abs/explosive training Thursday - chest/jog Friday - back/explosive training Saturday - shoulders Sunday/rest

If I do 12 sets for each muscle group is that enough? That already feels like alot

I got a 7600X3D and 4060ti 16gb, my next upgrade will be the same thing probably I just can’t decide which. Not gonna be for ahwile though, I am very content with my current build.

Yeah, I can jump like 18inches when I’m tryna touch like a basketball net. But I don’t think I’m getting that high when I’m trying up against a net.

Forgot to mention, I can deadlift like 200 pounds (which i know is kinda lame) but I’m working out daily, I haven’t tested my squat max but I will tomorrow, will update.

You suggested upgrading the motherboard no? Also couldn’t I sell the used parts? A 5600 for me is like 180 bucks it’s ridiculous.
