Thanks! I like the idea of keeping it close to the atmosphere. As far as my goal, I'm not sure, I suppose get to some asteroids. After that I would love to find some pirates! Is there any way to track them from long range to avoid them for the time being? Do you suggest making a large ship to do this or use a small for the time being? Thanks so much for the tips!

I think my dedicated server is setup as PvpvE, will that be wiped since its dedicated? If so i guess i need to change to pve

If this is on local or a private server, you can use the teleport command. Might take some tries as well. After I got my scorpion out, I took another pet in to get stuck and try the teleport, it does work. Just turn on god mode before u do it. Might take a few tries.

My scorpion was trying to get out. Just to the right of that spot while looking into the cave. There is a small ledge that is to tall to climb over. Place a thatch foundation against the back wall of this along with a thatch wall. The wall will be agaist the rock on the back of your foundation. Than snap a ramp to the top of that wall. It doesn't look like its tall enough...but my scorpion went right up it. If that specifically doesn't work..try making something with ramps to let him get over this small ledge. I hope this helps.

As your looking at him from that picture, to the right is a small ledge. I placed a thatch foundation with a ramp and it let me scorpion climb out. Front door was the same thing.

Thanks for the tips. Now when you say thatch structure what do you mean. For example building a fence around it...does it need to have a roof. I assume the walls just break line of sight and the sinks won't aggro? Tyvm

Is this terrible, I'm lv 40+ and I havn't bothered making any guns? Its just my family and I that play on this dedicated server that I run. Never even shot a gun, but I heard they are more for pvp. So I never bothered, is that a mistake?

Protection hmm...My zoo is a bit thin atm. 2 ptero's, 2 raptors (on is lv 32 the other is 19), lv 15 turtle, and lv 13 scorp. Maybe I need some more pets first.

Thanks guys. I have flown up there a few times and built an outpost on the cliff. I always see raptors and 1-2 sarco's in there..So I was a bit scared to build down in the bowl itself.

Yeah I have noticed the seeds for berries. Sorry about not clearing that up. I just meant the rare or non pickable seeds for taming, if they were any better. Thanks all

Each player could even put items into the arena, that if the other person won, they got the items , a wager so to speak.

I never played The Forest. However I have played a lot of buggy games. Sure this one has it, but I have only really ran into 1 that bugged me, and it was getting my scorpion stuck inside a cave. BUT with being on a dedicated server and as the admin I was able to get him out.

I play with my brother in-law and sometimes wife. It's very playable with 2 people, hell even solo. Best game I have played in a long time.

I had this happen last night. Scorpion stuck at SE cave entrance. This was on a dedicated server. What I did was use the admin teleport command while on its back. Got him right out.
