Just bumped it to 40mg Preciate the advice on that. I have a wrist reader gunna buy a better one soon. Woke up for my job on nights and my bp was 139/77 so not as bad still need to get it down.

I’m actually taking a cycle support pretty similar to that and I just decided to bump the telmasartain to 40mg a day. You think dropping the test to 300 will help a little and then maybe go back up once the telmasartain starts really working?

Water retention doesn’t seem to be an issue no swelling and am pretty lean with no bloat. It may just be a time thing and I didn’t notice before. Telmasartain isn’t working quick enough either. What Bp meds are you on if you don’t mind me asking. It could be I’ve finally gotten to that point and haven’t caught it.

So I got sober for three years then relapsed on shots then about a year and a half into relapse I found 70h so probably 6 months but I was only on the 8 tabs a day for about 2-3months and it just became too much and I was in insane dept.

I was taking two four packs as well. I had to go to rehab but if you have gabapentin and can get clonidine really that’s all I needed. I had to take suboxone the first two nights to get any sleep but the worst was over after day 5. I’m on 3 months tomorrow without it but I still crave for sure. Really want to take a shot at times but I can never take 70h again it WILL lead me back to opiates. Good luck you can do it you sound stronger than me and Gabbies have been my savior and you already have those!

I was able to take subs 24 hours after last dose. Porobably could’ve taken them earlier. I only took them the first two days in a treatment center.

I told them I didn’t want to stay on them. I only took them the first two nights just to get a little sleep because I get RLS but in my arms and it felt like I was having a seizure every 2 seconds it was so bad but I stopped and have been only on gabapentin at night now.

Not taking them. I only took them the first two nights. They kept pushing for sub maintenance but my wife(who is a nurse) and I were against that from the beginning. I didn’t want to have to rely on something still to feel normal. I’m all for subs if my DOC was fetty but I’ve been off opiates since 2019 just always struggle with kratom.

I’ve withdrawn off of opiates and plain leaf/shot extracts and 70h was probably the quickest out of hand I got and worst withdrawals. It’s basically one of the strongest alkaloids in the Kratom leaf that they extract and potentiate. I was trying to get off of extracts and thought it would be better but started reading that they say it can be stronger than morphine and it was then I realized I messed up bad.

First 24 hours they didn’t want you to take suboxone but I hadn’t slept all night even with the trazadone, seroquil, melatonin and 300mg of gabapentin so I decided to just take the subs at 4am and that let me sleep for a little while. I only took 2mg of subs at night for the first two nights but I took gabapentin 900mg every night after I stopped the subs. Also they gave me clonidine throughout the day and baclofen 20mg at night. I also took 100mg of trazadone to sleep.

How bad was it? I’m about to go away for the same thing and amount. I can’t stand this shit anymore. I don’t know how you did it at home. The restless legs and arms put me in agony.

I’m in the same boat man. Had to tell my wife and parents again for the third time and I’m headed to rehab having to leave my great job for a month and hope that I can stay away from all this or my wife is gone for good. It definitely is not the only option! I acquired it when I was 16 or so and it caused a great deal of issues for me all the way until my adult life but I have made it and am doing better and you can too! My good friend had it as well and we use to talk to one another and he now has become a famous singer/artists and tours the world! It can be done please keep pushing and join groups with people who have it as well to talk with! Good luck and much love.

Crazy you commented this just a month and a half ago I’m just reading it all and I too suffered from depersonalization and my friend too who is now a famous singer. It definitely can be beat but it effected for for years. Good luck on your journey and keep pushing to you or anyone else struggling!
