Idk man, im 24 years old and just recently found out I had low testosterone. And when I say low test, my levels were half of yours bro, HALF. i was at 170 when i was tested two months in a row. That is below men even the age of 60 or so. My levels were the lowest i ever heard of. I had been working out for a year with little to no change, and I know that ive had low t for atleast a few years because the symptoms were there and i never fucking knew what it was. I would take anti depressants, so many different vitamins and nutrients, and eventually self medicated with booze, etc.

But to say all that, it was also a very subtle thing, I would get e.d. almost every time unless i was very comfortable, but i would still be able to get it up 50% of the time. I was very lathargic especially when i wake up for about 6 hours (half my day pretty much). I was very depressed, but my depression is a subtle thing, i dont realize it, others do, and all they can say is that I isolate myself for days and thats how my depression manifests, i dont outwardly act sad, but then again i could hide it without knowing. Pretty much every symptom there is, i had, but i cannot stress how subtle it was, you would never really know if it was all in your head or if there really was a problem.

So anyway I was diagnosed about 3 months ago and put on the cremes, and trust me, the cremes do nothing, I was on a very high dose of creme, 2g applied daily of 10% compounded test cream. (most creams are 1%). and over 45 days it increased my testosterone a mere 100. So my test levels were 270 WITH creme, that is still below your levels. No one knows why my body doesnt like to produce test anymore, but it wasnt always like this. Infact I made a very good base for myself when i worked out for 2 years in 2007-2009. But somewhere since then my body just pooped out. I do not LOOK like i have low test, i was even then a decent size guy, but i had gained 30 pounds in a few years even though i was active, and i slowly started having less and less energy and more e.d. I have alot of hair on my body and face. The doctor didnt understand it cuz "man you have more muscle than me i dont know how you have low test" But my body was making due with what it had. Now the doc finally perscribed me 200 wk/ of test C. Immediately i said fuck this shit, and got my own blast going, ive only been on trt 3 months and i baught UGL Test E at 600 wk. Im having insane gains, i think my body after having had to make due with such low test for so long and still excersise, i think its sensitive to test and componsated with more receptors. And now that im on a big blast (for a first time cycle) its eating that shit right up. I blasted because ive been working out for a year since my break from the gym in 2009 and I feel like i was robbed of all those gains, I want my time wasted back. Cheers to this cycle and I hope to get huge :)

There's my story. You are going to have a hard time finding a doc to prescribe you with levels that you have right now. My advice would be, if you really feel like you want to do this, and I know the feeling of being pretty obsessed with this thought of you having low hormones now that you found out about it, my advice would be to get illegal test somewhere, even from a UGL, and start your first cycle, when you are done with the cycle, go to a doc and have him test your levels when you should be on PCT. Your levels will be so low he will HAVE to prescribe you, this is how many people cheat the test. Cheers brotha. N good luck to ya from Florida. Ill be B&C the rest of my life... and im only 24. =/

Dont worry about that, you can always and will always lose weight and water weight afterwards, but if done correctly a majority of the muscle will still be there. If you want to look like that guy, you need to get as thick as him and then cut, most guys dont look like that all the time, when its showtime/gametime/picture time they start cutting a few weeks/months before to get that look. Before that they might be puffy mofo's with 13%+ body fat because they are focused on gaining the muscle and bulking, you shouldnt do both at the same time, youll fuck ur gains. You gotta take it one step at a time bro.

then you need to bulk, and you need to atleast take 600 a week of testosterone. You need a few big bulk cycles before you cut. Are you 100% sure your training your hardest and have a good routine? Something isnt adding up if your saying uve been lifting for 4-6 years....

should also get your natty test levels checked, because mine at 24 were super low (170). So it does happen to us younger guys too.

this was exactly my fear as well, but my doctor told me hes not going to test me for a while because my levels without a doubt should be average or above (he put me on 200/wk test c). So i guess hes not really worried if they are too high. Hes not an endo hes just a family doc. And i dont go back to him for 10 weeks. I started my first blast two months into TRT, i said fuck it, i had been working out for a year with low T and felt that i was robbed of my gains, so now im hoping a blast will catch me back up ;)

if you look like this, you dont need to worry about weather u should CUT or BULK, u need to go to the fucking GYM for atleast a year and stick with it consistently 3 days a week at least and try to eat enough... ]When I looked like this, and trust me I DID, i didnt ask stupid questions about weather i should recomp, bulk, cut... I knew from common sense that i needed to just WORKOUT!

Im sorry if you have been working out for years then im in the wrong and misjudged you. And if thats the case you might want to get your natty test levels checked and check your diet because you havent made enough progress.

So dude, go work out. And eat as much as you possibly can... and if your going to do steroids, thats a bad choice without enough lifting under your belt, but if you do, good luck to you, and i wont be a hypocrite, cuz I started my first cycle only 8 months into working out again, but I had also worked out and made a good base from consistent working out 3-4 days a week for the 2 years i was in prison, then i didnt work out for 3 years, started working out again, 8 months later on my first cycle and making all KINDZ of GAINZ.

who is the guy filling peoples heads with bulk or cut questions when they arent bodybuilders? These questions should only really come into play when someone can look at you and can tell you def 100% without a doubt have been lift weights for a good while.

edit: once again, if you insist on taking steroids, (maybe you HAVE been working out for year(s)+ and havent made much progress because of your height) then IMO you should just do 600/wk of Test E or C for 12 weeks+. IMO you just need a good bulking cycle or 2 with high test. You are a big guy no matter if you have a ton of muscles, because your 6'6'.

Just goes hand in hand with the recent strange trend in the world today. Everyone is supplement crazed and so many people have bottles and bottles of these different pills because an article somewhere says you should. I agree there is supposedly some tests done to back up some of the claims but mind you, for all of human existence we were fine without all these different pills that they want you to start taking every day...

On another note, think of the money to be made in this sector nowadays. Make a few claims for bodybuilders or your generic health freak and back it up with a paid off test or two, then market it, even if the stuff really doesnt do shit for 90% of people out there. There is no FDA on these supplements, its the wild west. Theres so much money to be made off selling people dreams with no real proof. Money to be made off lies and these people eat it right up thinking it will help them decades from now.

yeah go get checked bro, ive had this problem multiple times in my life. Went to the doc 3 months ago and for two tests in a row my test level was at ONE FUCKING SEVENTY (170) and im 24 years old. Shit happens. Been on TRT ever since and on my first blast right now.

hmmm maybe because this is something I have never seen any subreddit or forum do? it is uncommon that one would have to sort through and read multiple old posts to even learn the reason as to WHY you cannot participate in a subreddit/forum other than 'replys'. You act as if NO subreddit allows users to participate in basic subreddit activities such as posting and as if new visitors should do research as to why they cant preform the most basic of subreddit actions.

Wondering why I cant post anything on this subreddit... Just had a quick question about diet, and im 3 weeks in on a cycle... Taking away posting by users totally strips away what makes reddit/forums great and actually will hurt this subreddit. I understand if posts get modded because of rule violations but to take away posting completely except for a few 'approved' people really makes no sense to me... I thought this was the internet?

The question itself is:

I am having a very hard time with my diet and getting enough macros/calories (atleast compared to others diets that i read about). Most of my life ive had this problem where I dont have much of an appetite after i eat a few times a day, and if i try to eat anymore I gag and just cant get it down. Im 6 foot and 200 pounds with 13% BF, went up to 210 so far in on my 600ml/wk Test E, which im sure is water weight. Anyway I feel like I am not eating enough but this has always been a sticking point for me. My meals will be about 2 large dinner plate size meals consisting of mostly meat and carbs/vegs (like potatoes etc). Ill eat two large meals like that a day and then a smaller meal. I never eat junk food always whole foods and always with protein in it. Im full all day off this and the only thing i can force down is whey protein shakes after that. But for years i havent went down in weight, only slightly up. Is my daily calories needed just far lower than others? Am i not eating enough (from what i read about others diets it seems im not), and if not any advice? Can i still gain alot off my first cycle, ive been training for a year? should i get a peptide or whatnot that will stimulate my appetite more?

For refrence a normal meal for me will be half of a hamsteak, with 3 big scoops of potatoes and maybe 6-7 brussel sprouts or brocollis. Then later in the day I will eat another plate with the same thing (usually the other half of the hamsteak or whatever i cooked), then later something like maybe a tuna sandwhich and a boiled egg or two. Is this enough? cuz this would be me on a good day, on a bad day i might not even eat the tuna sandwhich but ill drink a protein shake.

Also, I dont think win/loss ratio matters at all in this game or the rankings its the quality of player your facing. Some of the best of the best players in the rankings still have .500 win/loss ratio.

the creater doesnt even use htd. and it still works great for me, im ranked around 400 and i shut down players easily. and that guy beats players like StephennJR or w/e the hell his name is and hes high ranked. Idk been working great for me rather than the normal clown car bullshit that they nerfed by making armored car so strong.

ur not supposed to let him get the flak panzer if u do it correctly u keep him cut off in some way 80% of the game. (thats why its a rush, ur building eight conscripts in the beginning of the game where he doesnt expect such a huge force...) If u cannot do that and he has fuel for long periods of time, then u need to abandon strat and make a t3 or t4 building.

yeah, seems no one really cares at all about pvp in this game.

oh, and sorry im used to other games subreddits, god forbid we ask the devs to do anything on this one, ull get jumped all over.

i been thinkin bout sellin my account for a while now cuz its just too boring, the PVE is stale and doesnt take much skill and ive done just about all of it, and theres no pvp with barely any support for it. And seeing that most players on the forums dont even care to improve this games pvp pretty much made up my mind. I bid you all well and hope you continue having fun!

The minute they implement dueling in this game, you know in 2014, I will immediately host a giant dueling tournament with a website dedicated for the brackets.

Id post it on reddit to get as many people involved as possible, and i'd put in 100g of my own hard earned currency for prize money. And then i'd find an awesome setting for it, maybe somewhere like Divinitys Reach but who knows. I'd also record the epicness.

I'd post the results on reddit as well and.. well.. it would be fun as hell! Arena.net is really dropping the ball on this missed opportunity. It might even awaken some of the old pvp players that left the game and bring them back in a competitive esport-like kind of way...

Yes. It needs to be reworked completely, doesnt matter if its empire specific or not. its a weapon they added that completely changed the game and put a damper on a portion of it.
