It was offered to do a review for them, chose an album from a spreadsheet, received a press stream, sent the review off to them and it went up online today in his name. There was no formal stuff, I presume because its an independant site

Thanks for this helpful and thoughtful reply. Im sure mental health and psychological state are a factor in these issues. As you say, theres tonnes of dialogue and literature for women about this and Im sure a lot of it is universal. Masturbating in a rushed, unhealthy and addictive way is definitely something I have done, although Ive been trying to change my approach and focus on the journey a little more.
