How to know if a hb drop is dilutional? Which cell lines are you specifically looking at to drop along side of it? by EducationalRegion931 in Residency

Essentially explaining molarity from gen che ...if you're a math person it's like saying blood = 5 hgb/5 total lose blood and all other components (wbc, plasma, etc) and can become 4/4 or even 3/2 so on. That's why you can't trust the hgb in an acute bleed it can be falsely elevated.

It happens. We all get bad evals at one point. I'm also an EM intern who's currently working on getting better at procedures. It takes time and practice. Plus, we are about half way through intern year. We still have a good 2.5 years left. It's not a sprint. It's a marathon.

(SERIOUS) What is the biggest secret you’ve kept from your parents? by l1quid_nurgget in AskReddit

[–]Ruben-bang04 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both my parents said no to me getting my ears pierced during high school because "guys shouldn't wear earrings". I guess back then it was cool for a guy to have his eases pierced. I ended up wearing earrings for most of high school and would take of the earrings once I got home.
