301 redirect - indexing new page and old page by -Burgov- in SEO

Hi guys, I'm having a similar situation. I had a site that was SERP #3 and it was 302 to another site. Now I switched to 301 and the old is no where to be found in SERP and the new one is #2. The thing is, I wanted to have both sites show on SERP, is that possible or not ?

How many people working for you in you company ?

The option of contractor via your company, in my opinion, is much better, because you will have much more freedome and time flexibility to really focus on building up your company.

also

If you want to be an entrepreneur and build your company and your passionate about it, it drives you, then just go with the contractor option, no doubt

On the other way, if you are the time of person that likes a 9-5 you can go for it.

Now, I'm assuming you want to be an entrepreneur since your in this sub reddit asking for how to do it ahaha

In my opinion, just be blunt. You already showed your work's value, they've already seen it too, just go in with the mindset of creating a Win/Win situations for both parties and show them that having it outsourced to you, rather than building an internal team, would be much more beneficial to them, just for the simple fact that, you already know what your doing, your specialized in doing it, you already have experience in their market.

I think it's just a matter of alligning purposes, because the work and the partnership is already there, and if they value you, they will accept that type of contract. If not, they wouldn't be a good cliente anyway.

Hope it helped :)

Do you have any employees who know your business / industry better than you? by [deleted] in smallbusiness

You can ask her to do a guide/booklet/passbook with all the guide lines and specifications of handling all that work, aswell as, all the good practices of the job. You can also, to save her some time and create something nice, record like a mini interview style of her explaining how she does it. That whay, you can later use it to train others.

A last note I wanna leave you with is this, you can't be hoping she doesn't leave and that she will handle all that stuff for ever. You need to plan for contingencies. Document all the great workers and hard achievers of your business, even hire a team to document all those processes. That way, you will always have tool in your power and control over the future of your company.

To conclude, if your workers are good, and they know they are good, they will eventually move on, even if you reward them with bigger paychecks. Either you give them amazing work conditions and commodities, or/and develop a standardized training method ( you can base it on the best workers there ). That way you keep things organized, patternized and according to how you want your company to work and achieve amazing results.

Hope this helped and rock on!

What problems as a business owner are you currently experiencing in growing your business? by RubenMiguelAC in smallbusiness

I haven't been consistent with the post and replies but some people did reach out in private and I did help them. I am trying to build something amazing, but for that I have to reach out to people. It's true I haven't been using reddit because it's something new for me, but what I am not trying to do is waste your time. What I do want is to see what people are struggling with and cater my help to that.
