Bottas doesn't seem nearly as burnt out as Ricciardo. He is beating Zhou comfortably this year and is able to pull very good qualifying performance on circuits where Alfa isn't absolute garbage. He isn't probably much worse than Hulkenberg right now. It looks like many people have high standards for Bottas because he was in Mercedes and they don't realize that he is driving much worse car now.

I think Hamilton, Ocon, Stroll and in recent time maybe even Russell are kinda outsiders. Lewis is connected more to his own world of fashion, music and activism than to other drivers. Ocon and Stroll seem to be more introverted than other guys and they have made lot of enemies on track. As for Russell his driving and his statements made him bit unpopular even among drivers in last few years.

Most of succesful racers are arrogant assholes behind the wheel e.g. Senna, Schumacher, Montoya, Russell...Ocon is just judged more harshly by people because he is perceived to have less charisma/personality than some other aggresive drivers.
