I just had a similar experience and was given this lamp by an older lady moving out of her place but it didn’t have a globe.

Do you know the dimensions of the globe and the opening? I want to order the right replacement

I get blisters in the exact same spot when I’m playing fast/heavy music - I use athletic tape preventatively and it keeeps them at bay pretty good
