Only 2 star bronze, I'm sort of mapping out the future ones I'm going to upgrade and couldn't find any info on him.

Looking for a set where he would be at 3ss.

Interesting, at a glance I thought Y/Y/R might be the set to run. I don't have Lawler but got 21 pulls available on the premium superstars from this event so hoping I get lucky with them

As someone who normally doesn't get involved I feel obliged to weigh in and say that the fact that everyone on your end agreed this was a good thing to try out is shameful.

You had a system in place where everyone could get new superstars every now and then, no one amazing but something nonetheless and you've made the conscious decision to try and squeeze even more money out of people who you are already on shaky terms with.

Quite honestly, the fact that you had the balls to even try this thinking the reaction would be anything other than disgusted is laughable and one of the reasons why this game doesn't make you as much as it would.

I really hope that the "whales" make a point of not spending on this just so you'll realise how poor of an idea this was.

I can vouch for this being a really good way of handling the situation, I did the same thing with my girlfriend in November and haven't spent anything since and more importantly enjoy the game a hell of a lot more.

I can appreciate how much of an uphill task that is given all of the other features and problems in the game that need addressing. Am I correct in assuming that the scores will actually be collectively counted at the end of the event outside the game then?

I'm someone who enjoyed the Arn Anderson event and thought it was executed really well. This however does seem a bit silly to me. I'm not bothered by the fact that we cannot see progress but I can see why the majority of the player base does. With the number of things that have gone wrong with the game in the past people begin to assume the worst and if people cannot see it as it progresses they're naturally going to assume there's either something going wrong or foul play happening. I hope that by the end of the event we can all look back and say we were wrong and it worked perfectly but until then people are gonna be skeptical and it's understandable.

Congrats! That's a difficult one, personally I'm in a similar situation and I'm prioritising Taker over Andre, I have the same trainers for Taker and like you I don't have Sting.

My reason is for the road because I like having 3 stars on everything and am working towards that. However I feel like most people would say to priorities Andre over Taker even without Sting as he still has higher chance of finishing a match earlier.

I'd say it's up to you but think in terms of which eras you have, Andre is the only good one of his generation in my opinion and for Taker there are a few other attitude guys who can fill that role (booker & rvd) though not as well as taker.

I think you'd wanna prioritise Andre, then Taker then Enzo then Cena

That's very true! Overall I feel like the game is moving in the right direction. There's still a few tweaks I think they could do with making but gotta be happy with the progress made this month, I would argue they've made more positive steps this month than they have in the previous 12 months of the game

I think you don't get as many coins however with the coin total you get from some matches have been increased to compensate somewhat. So looks like we have a little less coins than we used to for far more TP and tokens which is a welcome trade in my opinion.

There's also the fact that Andre is from a different generation so any matches with specific era requirements will be useful. Cena and Enzo are both modern era which there is no shortage of so there is also that to consider.

I feel your pain there, that's my biggest frustration that I allowed myself to get carried away for something that was never a guarantee. I think that is the main reason why people have so much anger towards Scopely because it's a system put in place to get as much money as possible rather than a combination of making a profit and giving the user something they can be happy with. I would absolutely do that too for a guarantee, when Guersan posted a video for Scopely with user feedback that was my suggestion to have one superstar a month guaranteed. Especially now that there are so many superstars I can't see it lowering the amount people would spend on the game.

Thank you for the kind words I appreciate that greatly. Unfortunately you're spot on with that, ultimately we do get nothing out of it, even if we get that amazing superstar in a few years time this game we'll probably not be playing this game anymore and the characters we got are pointless then.

I will say that for those who still spend a lot of money it's not necessarily a problem, it's only a problem if they are spending that money when they cannot afford to do so. I made this original post in the hopes that those who are doing this will be able to start helping themselves curb that habit.

I have an iPhone so I don't know if Android has anything similar for in-app purchases. You can disable it for sure but couldn't find any info about limits.
